10/06/2026 – 24-hour call
10/12/2026 – 24-hour call
10/15/2026 – 24-hour call
10/20/2026 – 24-hour call
10/22/2026 – 24-hour call
10/23/2026 – 24-hour call
10/24/2026 – 24-hour call
10/25/2026 – 24-hour call
10/28/2026 – 24-hour call
10/30/2026 – 24-hour call
11/03/2026 – 24-hour call
11/05/2026 – 24-hour call

Shift Details:
Inpatient 24-hour call shifts, 9:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.


Call Requirements:
24-hour call is generally not restricted to the hospital.
Providers must be willing to cover both non-restricted 24-hour call and potential inpatient laborist/primary call shifts.
If primary inpatient laborist coverage is not found or becomes unavailable, the locum provider may be asked to cover the inpatient laborist/24-hour call shift, restricted to the hospital.

Work Details:
Support staff: Midwives; OBHG coverage for non-primary call
ORs: Two operating rooms in Labor & Delivery
Average callbacks: Approximately five on weeknights
Average weekend admissions: Approximately four
EMR: EPIC
Department description: Inpatient OB/GYN coverage with laborist and 24-hour call responsibilities

Required Procedures/Skills:

Vaginal delivery
Cesarean delivery
Circumcision
Hysteroscopy
Surgery for missed abortion
Treatment of incomplete abortion
Hysterectomy
Ovarian cystectomy
D&C with or without suction
Scheduled cesarean sections and other urgent procedures

Preferred Procedures:

Emergent GYN cases, although these are rare
