About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide 24-hour OB/GYN hospital call coverage (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM) on an inpatient, on-site basis across the scheduled coverage dates. Clinical responsibilities include managing labor and delivery, conducting OB/GYN triage evaluations, providing postpartum care, and performing emergency obstetric and gynecologic surgeries. Clinicians will manage approximately 0 - 12 inpatients per day, with a midwife serving as first call on select shifts. Prescriptive authority is required for all clinicians considered for this position.
