Locums OB Hospitalist Opportunity in Vancouver, WA

Job description

- 12 hour or 24hr hospitalist coverage. 3-8 shifts per month.
- We are asking for the provider to be onsite for the full 12-hour shift like hospitalist coverage.
- Required Procedures: C-section delivery and D&C
If Inpatient, # of beds: 32

Requirements:
-Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): Applicant must provide documentation (case list) of the required number of cases performed during the previous 24 months as indicated in each privilege section. Case list must include diagnosis or procedure and date, and facility where performed.
-For Obstetrics privileges: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services (100 patients, to include at least 15 Cesarean sections and 30 routine obstetric deliveries) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months.
-Licensed Candidate: We are asking for licensed candidates only at this time, but we will open to IMLC later if necessary.
