🩺 Locum OB/GYN – In‑House Call
Providence | Kadlec Clinic – Associated Physicians for Women
📍 Richland, Washington
Kadlec Clinic is seeking experienced OB/GYN locum providers to support in‑house 24‑hour call coverage . This opportunity offers multiple immediate dates with a long‑term, ongoing need for providers able to cover several shifts per month.

📅 Dates Needed

May: 13, 16, 22, 24, 27, 30
June: 1, 2, 10, 15, 18, 19, 24, 27, 29
July: 2, 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 29
Ongoing coverage needed beyond these dates.

🏥 Practice Highlights

In‑house 24‑hour call only
Hourly compensation
No OT unless remaining beyond the 24‑hour shift
Average 25 patients per shift
Epic EMR
Supportive team of 5 midwives assisting on L&D
Looking to staff FOUR (4) locum providers

Providers will manage high‑acuity, emergent OB/GYN cases presenting through the Emergency Department, including:

Hysterectomy
Ectopic pregnancy
D&C
Ovarian cystectomy
Hysteroscopy
IUD insertions
Abscess management
Post‑hysterectomy complications
Exploratory laparotomy


✅ Requirements

Active Washington medical license
OR
IMLC eligible (able to convert to WA)
Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
Comfortable practicing independently in a high‑acuity setting
