• 12 or 24 Hour Shifts: 24
• Shifts per block needed to be filled by agency: 14

• NICU Level: IV
• Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly): 240
• Total Hospitalist Deliveries (monthly): 38
• PPD: 20
• Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalist not including deliveries: 723
• MFM on Site: Yes
• Residency Program & Type? Yes
• In-house Anesthesia? Yes
• Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Yes
• Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: Yes
• Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: Yes
• Backup Available to the Hospitalists: Yes
Schedule: 24 Hours
Practice Setting: Inpatient

Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ Days

Certifications required: Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible
