OB/GYN Physician - Clinic Coverage - Competitive Rate

Assignment Length: 6–12+ Months (through September 1, 2027)
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking three full-time, experienced OB/GYN physicians for a long-term locum tenens assignment in Washington. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call requirements and provides an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality women's healthcare services.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive OB/GYN clinical care in an ambulatory setting
Collaborate with APPs and Midwives on complex patient cases
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for less experienced providers
Support elective surgical procedures as needed
Participate in team-based patient care initiatives
Mentor future new-graduate providers employed by the facility (no procedural proctoring required)

Required
Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active Washington State Medical License or IMLC eligibility
Minimum 3 years of OB/GYN experience

• 1 year assignment
• No call
• Flex into the OR as needed based on elective surgical volumes.
