This clinic is part of a well-established women's healthcare network providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services to the community. The facility features a busy, high-acuity practice with strong support from 5 midwives who assist MD providers in Labor & Delivery, ensuring excellent patient care and collaborative teamwork.

Opportunity:
Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:
• Provide coverage for 5-8 in-house 24-hour call shifts per month on a long-term ongoing basis
• Handle approximately 25 patient encounters per shift in a busy, high-acuity practice
• Manage emergent cases from the Emergency Department including hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy, D&C, ovarian cystectomy, hysteroscopy, IUD insertions, abscess, post-hysterectomy complications, and exploratory laparotomy
• Provide comprehensive obstetric care for low and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries including vaginal, cesarean sections, breech, multiple births, and VBACs
• Manage pregnancy complications including abruptions and decision-making for c-sections
• Conduct FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds with Level I and II capabilities preferred
• Handle low forceps deliveries and repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Surgical gynecology experience preferred including open and laparoscopic procedures
• Board certification required with BLS certification
• Washington state medical license or IMLC required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Work collaboratively with 5 midwives who provide support in Labor & Delivery

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
