A well-established medical center in Vancouver, Washington is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician for ongoing locums coverage beginning August 31, 2026. Position Overview
• Start Date: August 31, 2026 (orientation completed beforehand)
• Six-month assignment
• Hospital-based coverage
• Ongoing monthly need

Schedule
• 3–4 twenty-four-hour call shifts per month
• Block scheduling available to minimize travel
• Providers typically cover 2–6 deliveries per shift
• Occasional ED consults and backup support from hospitalists
• Call is unrestricted, though physicians commonly remain onsite due to patient volume

Practice Details
• Hospital-based OB/GYN coverage
• Approximately 50–75 deliveries per month
• Admissions and rounding responsibilities
• Procedures include:
o Vaginal deliveries
o Cesarean sections
o D&C
o Other inpatient OB/GYN procedures
• Collaborative physician team
• Epic EMR

Requirements
• Active Washington medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• BLS certification
• Recent case logs meeting hospital privileging requirements, including:
o 100 obstetric patients
o Minimum of 15 Cesarean sections
o Minimum of 30 vaginal deliveries
o 50 gynecology patients within the past 24 months
