OB/GYN Physician | Longview, WA | Clinic + Call | Ongoing Locums

Job description

A well-established regional health system in Longview, Washington is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN for ongoing locums coverage beginning in August 2026. This full-time assignment offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, labor & delivery, and gynecologic surgery with a collaborative physician team and a manageable 1:5 call rotation.

Position Overview
• Start: August 2026 (orientation scheduled prior to first shift)
• Assignment Length: Through December 31, 2026
• Coverage Needed: Full-time
• Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
• EMR: Epic

Schedule & Work Environment
• Monday–Friday clinic: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 24-hour unrestricted call approximately 7 days per month (1:5 rotation)
• Average of 18 clinic patients per day
• Hospital admissions and rounding
• Work alongside five experienced OB/GYN physicians and clinicians
• 122-bed hospital serving a broad regional patient population
Clinical Responsibilities
• Outpatient women's health clinic
• Labor & Delivery
• Vaginal deliveries
• Cesarean sections
• Gynecologic surgical procedures in the OR
• Inpatient OB/GYN consultations and rounding

Requirements
• Active Washington medical license
• MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Recent case logs meeting hospital privileging requirements, including:
o 100 obstetric patients within the past 24 months
o Minimum of 15 Cesarean sections
o Minimum of 30 vaginal deliveries
o 50 gynecology patients within the past 24 months
