This well-established hospital is part of a respected faith-based healthcare network, offering comprehensive women's health services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The facility features strong support staff including L&D RNs, CNMs, FPOBs, MAs, RNs, LPN/LVNs, X-ray techs, and lab techs, along with a fully staffed Level 2 nursery available 24 hours a day.

Physician - OB/GYN
Job Details:
- Locum tenens position providing 3 clinic shifts and 1 in-house call shift per week
- Clinic shift hours: 8:00am - 4:45pm; Call shift hours: 7am - 7am in-house
- Duration: 3-6 months, starting as soon as credentialed
- Inpatient and outpatient setting with a caseload of 18-24 patients per day
- 60-70% OB and 30-40% GYN case mix
- OB duties include managing a mix of high-risk and low-risk patients including diabetics, hypertension, AMA, and multiples up to twins
- GYN duties include annuals, abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB), birth control management, and surgery consults for fibroids, AUB, and polyps
- Manage L&D patients with no DOCS required
- Assist CNMs and FPOBs as needed
- Provide GYN coverage for the ER
- Level 1 Nursery coverage required; facility also has a fully staffed Level 2 nursery
- Procedure room available for LEEPs and colposcopy
- All birth control methods offered including Depo, IUDs (Paragard and Mirena on-site), and Nexplanon placement
- EMR: Epic
- Washington State license required (IMLC with Letter of Qualification accepted)
- Board Certified OB/GYN required (Board Eligible accepted)
- BLS certification required; DEA required during credentialing
- Clean malpractice and background history required
- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days minimum
- Local candidates strongly preferred; no flights highly preferred
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
