Facility:
This healthcare facility features a comprehensive women's health program with both clinic and hospital birthing center services conveniently located on the same floor. The facility operates a 10-bed department and provides full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care to the community with Level 2 trauma capabilities.

Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage 6-7 days per week with 0-4 patient encounters per shift
• Work 4 hours in clinic on weekdays (typically 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM) in addition to call responsibilities
• See both OB and GYN patients in clinic setting, including annual exams and pessary patients
• Possible 8-hour clinic-only day with no call when occasional physician is available
• Answer questions from nursing staff and manage in-basket messages and lab results in EPIC
• Handle low and high-risk pregnancies with comprehensive delivery services
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries including vaginal, cesarean sections, breech, and multiple births
• Manage pregnancy complications including abruptions and VBACs
• Conduct FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE procedures
• Perform OB ultrasounds with interpretation capabilities (Level I and II preferred)
• Handle amniocentesis procedures and repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Provide surgical gynecology services including open and laparoscopic procedures
• Perform office/minor gynecology procedures (preferred) and major operative procedures
• Must be licensed in Wisconsin or hold IMLC credentials
• Board certification eligible required with BLS certification
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Specific coverage dates needed: May 11-15, June 27-July 3, July 17-24

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
