Wisconsin OB/GYN Locums - Flexible Schedule + Beeper Call

Aya Locums is working with a Wisconsin hospital seeking an OB/GYN for an ongoing locum tenens assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Scheduling is flexible, and the facility is willing to consider physicians based on the availability they can realistically provide.

The daytime schedule is approximately 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and includes a traditional OB/GYN clinic averaging approximately 17 patients per day. The clinic is directly connected to the hospital’s birthing unit, allowing physicians to move easily between clinic responsibilities, deliveries and C-sections when needed.

Call is home/beeper call rather than an in-house overnight requirement. Physicians take call for their own patients during the normal clinic day, with approximately 1-2 evening/night call periods during the week. Weekend call is shared and typically runs from Friday evening through Monday morning.

The hospital recorded 665 deliveries in 2025 and offers a Level II NICU with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage available 24/7. Additional support includes an NP, 4-5 RNs on shift daily, multiple MAs and front-office staff. Epic is used for the EMR.

Both Board Certified and Board Eligible OB/GYNs may be considered, and new graduates are welcome. Physicians who do not currently hold a Wisconsin license may also be considered through the IMLC pathway. Da Vinci robotic experience is welcomed but is not required.
