The facility offers a supportive and collaborative work environment with a strong emphasis on women's health services, providing care across two outpatient OB/GYN clinic locations.

Opportunity:
Board Certified - Certified Nurse/Midwife

Job Details:

• Provide full-scope medical care for women throughout all stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and post-delivery
• See outpatient clinic OB/GYN patients across two practice locations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Counsel and educate patients on prenatal care and available community resources
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures with demonstrated technical competency
• Support awareness and coordination of substance abuse and diabetic programs, as well as perinatal education
• Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team with empathy and understanding
• Weekday schedule includes two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call day with OB Hospitalist support
• Weekend call rotation of 1:4 (Friday/Saturday)
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of CNM experience - new graduates will not be considered
• Licensure and certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board required
• Active Ohio license required or willingness to obtain
• Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations required
• Clean malpractice and license history preferred
• Not accepting Locums or Locums-to-Perm candidates - full-time employed position only
