⚡ THE HIGHLIGHTS:

• Support provided across two outpatient OB/GYN practice locations.

🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):

• Licensure and certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) required.

• Active Ohio license or willingness to obtain required.

• Minimum of 2 years of Certified Nurse Midwife experience required.

• Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations required.

• Date of agency's last communication with provider required.

• Candidate's reason for interest in the opportunity required.

• Clean malpractice and license history preferred.

• Not accepting new graduates.

• Not accepting Locums or Locums-to-Perm candidates.

📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide medical care for women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and post-delivery.

• See outpatient OB/GYN patients in clinic settings.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.

• Counsel and educate patients regarding health and wellness.

• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures.

• Demonstrate expertise in the medical care of pregnant women.

• Utilize community resources and referral networks appropriately.

• Support patients with prenatal care needs, including education and intervention services.

• Maintain awareness of available substance abuse, diabetes, and perinatal education programs.

• Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.

📅 SCHEDULE DETAILS:

• Two 8-hour outpatient clinic days per week.

• One 24-hour call day per week.

• OB Hospitalist support available during call coverage.

• Weekend call rotation: 1:4 (Friday/Saturday coverage).

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Salary: $140,000 – $145,000 annually

• wRVU Productivity Bonus: $26.00 per wRVU (No Cap)

• Signing Bonus: $5,000

• CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500

🏅 CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

• American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) Certification Required

• Ohio License Required (or willing to obtain)

• Minimum 2 Years CNM Experience Required

• Clean Malpractice History Preferred
