Location: Ardmore, OK

Start: December/January

Contract Length: 6 months-1 year

Shift Details: M-F, 8-5

Patients per day: 20~

Patient population/age: all ages

State license required: Any state license will work.

Minimum experience required: 3-5 years

Travel: ALL INCLUSIVE

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 day credentialing.
