Job description

Start: August 1, 2026

End: February 15, 2027

Contract Length: 30 weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Practice Details:

* Inpatient/Outpatient setting
* Patient volume: 6–12 patients per shift
* 1 provider needed
* EMR: Epic
* Trauma Level: 0
* Department beds: TBD

Requirements:

* Specialty: Nurse Practitioner – OB/GYN or Physician Assistant – Gynecology
* Board Certified required
* Active Washington license or IMLC required
* DEA required
* BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications required

Credentialing:

* Estimated timeframe: 30–60 days
