Job description

Certified Nurse Midwife locum opportunity in Lompoc, CA available. This is a balanced clinic and call role with a consistent weekly schedule.

Schedule:
• Start: May 2026
• 4 shifts per week
• Mix of clinic and call shifts
• Combination of in-person care and phone-based call coverage

Practice:
• Acute Care Hospital
• ~30 deliveries per month
• RN-driven labor management with provider support
• Call is primarily phone-based with occasional in-person deliveries
• No NICU onsite
• EMR: Allscripts

Requirements:
• Certified Nurse Midwife
• Active CA license (licensing not available)

Credentialing:
• Standard timeframe
