Trauma Level 4 - Acute Care Hospital

Coverage: 24hr beeper call

Start Date:
9/18 7AM -9/21 7AM
12/24 7AM - 12/28 7AM

Credentialing: 30 days

Work Details:
# Of deliveries per shift: 0-1

Average # of callbacks per shift: 0-2

Department Description: “OB locums are also expected to “cover” for Nurse Mid-Wife if there is a need

EMR: Cerner

Hospital Bed size: 99 Beds

Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:
Board Certification: Must be BC or BE in OB/GYN
License Required: AZ license is required or IMLC
DEA: Yes
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
