Advanced Women’s Care (AWC) is expanding women’s healthcare access to the rural Lake Havasu community. We are seeking an OB/GYN physician who is passionate about serving a close-knit community and helping grow a vital women’s health program alongside one established OB and one experienced midwife.

The Opportunity
You will join:
1 established OB/GYN
1 experienced Certified Nurse Midwife
Dedicated clinical and support staff
Integrated support from Advanced Women’s Care and Valley Perinatal services

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive rural-market compensation: $400,000–$600,000 annually
• Generous sign-on/retention bonus: $75,000–$100,000
• Relocation stipend: $15,000–$25,000

Clinical & Operational Support
Although this is a rural setting, you are not alone.
You will have:
In-office sonography and lab services
Integrated MFM consultation access
OB Hospitalist support when needed
AI-powered documentation and workflow tools
Clinical protocols designed to support quality outcomes
We combine rural community care with the resources of a larger physician-led network.
