Advanced Women’s Care (AWC) is a rapidly expanding, physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health practice serving the greater Phoenix area.
We’re hiring OB/GYN physicians, midwives, and other clinical professionals who want to combine exceptional care with meaningful impact—and enjoy a balanced, rewarding career.

Above-industry compensation and fantastic work-life balance: Ranging from $400,000-$600,000 annually
Generous sign-on/retention bonus: Ranging from $75,000-$100,000
