Position Details
Ongoing high-risk OB Hospitalist coverage
Choose between 12-hour or 24-hour in-house shifts
24-hour shifts run 7a–7a
Predominantly high-risk obstetric population
Approximately 11–12 deliveries/day
Level II nursery
More than 90% of the Maternal Placental Program census requires MFM involvement/management
MFM onsite during the day and available on call overnight
OB Hospitalists co-manage high-acuity patients alongside MFM and ICU teams
Coverage includes labor & delivery, urgent OB needs, C-sections and other obstetrical procedures
General OB/GYNs with strong high-risk experience are welcome — MFM support is available
No GYN coverage
No residents to supervise
Additional in-house OB/GYN support
CNM coverage incorporated into the workflow
Epic/Excellian EMR + OBIX fetal monitoring
