Perm - Physician - Hospitalist - OB Athens, OH

Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts; approximately 7 shifts per month

Position Details:
Patient Population: Obstetric and gynecologic patients
Setting: Hospital
Responsibilities: OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, deliveries, coverage of obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, management of OB/GYN emergency-department patients, and collaboration with community OBs
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary OB Critical Care and collaboration with affiliated obstetricians, family practice physicians, and sub-specialists
Days Per Month: Approximately 7 shifts per month
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour in-house shifts; approximately 7 shifts per month

Requirements:
- Board Certified in OB/GYN - Required
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - Required
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days - Required
- DEA must be obtained prior to start - Required
