📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: September 1, 2026
🔹 Contract Length: 26 weeks with potential to extend
🔹 Schedule: Scheduled coverage with required call
🔹 Flexible Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts
🔹 OB call rotation approximately 1:3
🔹 Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
🔹 Oregon license preferred (licensing assistance available)
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3–6 months

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Critical access hospital
🔹 Average of 16–18 clinic patients per day
🔹 Care for patients of all ages, from newborns through adults
🔹 Full-spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics and Women's Health
🔹 Cerner CommunityWorks EMR
🔹 Collaborative team of Physicians, DOs, and Nurse Practitioners
🔹 Perform routine Family Medicine procedures including IUD and Nexplanon placement, skin excisions and biopsies, colposcopies, casting and splinting, toenail removals, suturing, and joint injections
🔹 Prenatal care, deliveries, newborn care, and C-section participation preferred
🔹 Approximately 45 deliveries and 15 C-sections annually

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified in Family Medicine
🔹 Active Oregon license preferred (licensing assistance available)
🔹 DEA required
🔹 BLS certification required
🔹 ACLS certification required
🔹 NRP certification required
🔹 Women's Health experience required
🔹 OB experience preferred
🔹 Demonstrated experience with at least 10 deliveries within the past 24 months
🔹 C-section providers should have documentation of at least 30 completed cesarean deliveries
