Location: Soquel, CA

Start: Jan

26-week assignment

Mon-Fri 8a-5p

**All-Inclusive Assignment**

**Responsibilities:**

* Evaluate and treat occupational medicine patients following Agile’s practice model
* Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting requirements
* Complete all medical documentation by end of shift
* Coordinate closely with the Center Medical Director to maintain standards of care
* Provide guidance to clinical staff when needed
* Review patient care quality, policies, and outcomes
* Communicate with client representatives after initial injuries or status changes
* Support center operations, workflows, and staffing efficiency
* Promote patient safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Maintain strong client and payer relationships
* Follow all state practice acts and workers’ compensation regulations

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program; active or in-progress CA license
* BLS/AED required; ACLS preferred
* NRCME (DOT) certified; DEA required
* Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine preferred (new grads welcome)
* Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and customer service skills
* Ability to manage confidential information (HIPAA/PHI)
* Effective communication, critical thinking, and patient-focused care
* Team-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt
* Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred
