Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Licensed PA or NP in California (or in progress); BLS/AED required, ACLS preferred; DEA required
• NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification preferred
• Experience or interest in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine
• Clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
• Knowledge of state practice acts, Workers’ Compensation, HIPAA, and patient privacy regulations
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, patient-centered care, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
• Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and professional standards
