Occupational Medicine Provider Needed in Santa Maria, California

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. 8-hour days.

• Occupational Medicine clinic coverage
• Solo provider opportunity
• Must be flexible to provide coverage across two nearby clinic locations
• DOT certification required by start date

Active California License Required (We can help license you!)

Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
