Job description

Occupational Medicine APP locum opportunity in Lakewood, CO available. This is a clinic-based role with weekday coverage and multiple upcoming dates.

Schedule:
• Start: May 2026
• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Specific dates in May and June (with potential for ongoing coverage)
• No call

Practice:
• Outpatient occupational medicine clinic
• 20–25 patients per day
• 100% occupational medicine (no urgent care)
• Solo provider with MA and nursing support
• Onsite digital X-ray

Requirements:
• NP or PA
• Active CO license (licensing not available)
• DOT certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Spanish-speaking preferred

Credentialing:
• Approximately 3–4 weeks
