Job description

Short-term Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner opportunity available in Waterbury, CT. This is a one-day mobile clinic assignment providing DOT physical coverage in early May.

Schedule:
• Any weekday in the first two weeks of May
• 6–8 hour daytime coverage
• No call
• Start: May 2026

Practice:
• Mobile clinic setting
• Approximately 20–25 DOT physicals per day
• Includes medical history, vitals, urinalysis, and point-of-care testing
• Real-time review of results
• MA support, mobile unit, forms, and supplies provided

Requirements:
• Active CT license (licensing not available)
• NRCME certification required (must be certified to perform DOT physicals)
