Locums Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care Opportunity in Indiana – Outpatient Employee Health Clinic | Procedures Required

Practice Setting

Employee Health Clinic
Outpatient only
Adult and adolescent patient population (ages 16+)
Average daily volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
EMR: SYSTOC and Epic

Clinical Responsibilities

DOT physicals and occupational medicine evaluations
Pre-employment physicals for various employers and industries
Workplace injury evaluation and follow-up care
Referral coordination as needed

Procedures Required

Laceration repair (sutures, staples, adhesive closure)
Splinting and fracture care
Foreign body removal from the eye
Fluorescein staining and treatment of ocular injuries/emergencies

Requirements

Active Indiana license required
Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience required
Experience with SYSTOC EMR strongly preferred
DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred, but facility may be flexible for experienced candidates comfortable with occupational medicine workflows

Credentialing

Estimated timeframe: 30–60 days
