Job description

- We are conducting OSHA & NFPA regulatory testing/screening for firefighters.
- NP or PA with an active Indiana license
- Adults only
- Patients rotate through testing stations and typically finish with a hands-on exam with you
- Complete a standard basic head-to-toe physical exam
- Document findings on the provided exam form
- No diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or health counseling required

📅 Available Dates
September 29: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
September 30: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
October 1: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM

🏨 Travel and lodging will be covered if needed.
