Occupational Medicine APP needed in Coldwater, MI:
• Start Date: October 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: M-F 8a-430p
• Call requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patient Demographic: Adult
• Patient Volume: 16 patients per day
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: Occupational injury and illness management; musculoskeletal injuries; prescribing/medication management; lab and imaging interpretation; PT referrals; work restrictions and return-to-work evaluations; joint injections/aspirations; splinting; suturing/stapling; PFT interpretation; DOT physicals; workers’ compensation case management

Requirements:
• State License: Active MI license required
• Certifications: BLS, DOT, DEA
• Credentialing: 1 week
