We are seeking an Occupational Medicine NP for an ongoing assignment in Cohoes, NY.

Assignment Details:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3p
• Practice Setting: Employee Health Services / Occupational Health
•Conduct pre-employment, occupational health, and fitness-for-duty medical examinations for NY State civil service, local civil service, and partnering agencies
•Review respirator mask questionnaires and complete clearance reports for state employees
•Review audiometric testing results and prepare reports for employees and referring agencies
•Assist with diagnostic testing including EKG and pulmonary function testing
•Provide immunizations including Hepatitis, rabies, and influenza for current state employees
•Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess clinical problems and patient health care needs
•Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered

Requirements:
• License Required: New York State RN license required
• NP Certification: New York State Education Department certification in a specialty area required
