The facilities are well-supported and structured to deliver efficient, high-quality care across convenient community-based clinic settings.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Medicine

Job Details:

  • Locum Tenens coverage needed starting November 2, 2026 through at least the end of March 2027
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at Plover location (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and Tuesday at Portage location (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
  • Approximately 16 patient encounters per shift
  • DOT Certification required at time of bid
  • Must be able to perform DOT certification exams with FMCSA digital upload experience
  • BLS certification required
  • No board certification required
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days
  • Wisconsin medical license required

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
