• M-F (7am-4pm) and occasional Saturday (9am-1pm)
• Guarantee 1 day weekly but open to more days if needed
• Urgent Care experience
• DOT Certification REQUIRED
• Ability to treat autonomously
• BC or BE in primary care of related field
