Ophthalmology Opportunity
Dates Needed: April 20 – June 30 (with additional July dates available)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:30p
Day Call Hours: 7:30a–4:00p
Setting: Clinic + OR
Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center
EMR: Cerner
Travel: Covered with caps
Credentialing: 6–8 weeks

Coverage Breakdown
Clinic, OR, and day call shifts are scheduled throughout May, June, and July with a strong focus on cataract surgery. The role includes outpatient clinic coverage with inpatient consults as needed. Support staff includes 8 team members on site.

Board certification required
COVID vaccination required
Client willing to license

• Willing to License in Alaska Excellent opportunity for providers not currently licensed in AK, as the client is open to licensing for the right candidate.
• Clinic and OR Mix with Cataract Focus Balanced schedule between outpatient clinic and OR with cataract surgery as the primary clinical need.
• Level II Trauma Center with Strong Support Staff Practice in a well-supported environment with 8 dedicated staff members and Cerner EMR in place.
