Start: December 15, 2026, 7:00 AM
Length: Through January 7, 2027, 7:00 AM
Coverage: Ophthalmology call coverage for the emergency department and inpatient units
Schedule: 24-hour coverage, 7:00–7:00
Call: 24/7 trauma and burn call coverage (ED and inpatient)
Practice Setting: Acute care hospital, Level II trauma center

• Trauma and burn injury ophthalmic evaluation and treatment
• Non-surgical ophthalmic evaluation and treatment
• Support trauma nurses, burn nurses, and trauma physicians
• Continuous clinical coverage for trauma and burn cases in the ED and inpatient settings
• Documentation in Meditech

Requirements
• Ophthalmologist (MD/DO)
• Active Georgia license and DEA required
• Meditech experience required
