JOB INFORMATION: Ophthalmology Physician
Bettendorf, IA / Rock Island, IL
Assignment Dates: January 1, 2027 – May 31, 2027
Providers Needed: 1 only
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00a–5:00p
Friday: 8:00a–12:00p

Practice Setting:
Outpatient
Two offices within 30 minutes of each other (one in IA, one in IL)

Case Mix:
Cataract surgery
Cataract surgery with Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS)

Volume:
Average 30–40 patients per day

Support:
1 additional physician
1 nurse practitioner

EMR / Systems:
NextGen (EHR)
Forum (imaging)

Requirements:
Board Certified Ophthalmology (BC only)
Glaucoma Fellowship required
Iowa and Illinois license (or ability to obtain)

Credentialing:
0–30 days
