Starting January 2027- Full Time

· Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p, only willing to take 1 provider

· Practice Setting: Outpatient

· Types of Cases: cataract surgery and cataract surgery with Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS)

· Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days

· EMR: Nextgen and Forum

· Certifications Required: must be board certified and have a Glaucoma Fellowship

· Licensure Required: time to license for Iowa and Illinois
