Assignment Details
Dates: January 1, 2027 – May 31, 2027
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Patient Volume: Approximately 30–40 patients per day
Coverage Need: Only 1 provider needed
Locations: Two offices located within 30 minutes of each other in Iowa and Illinois
Procedures & Case Types
Cataract surgery
Cataract surgery with Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS)
Support Staff
1 additional physician
1 nurse practitioner
Requirements
Board Certified Ophthalmologist
Glaucoma Fellowship required
Active Iowa and Illinois licenses preferred
Will consider candidates willing to obtain licensure
Credentialing timeframe: 0–30 days
