Locum Optometrist - Riverton, WY - ASAP Start - Any State License!

Looking for a GENERAL OPTOMETRIST to start at an IHS ASAP.

** Can credential in 1-2 weeks. **

Clinic location: Locum would cover the Riverton office but has the option to also cover the Arapahoe office (15 minutes from Riverton office).

Schedule: The work schedule is 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. The previous doctor at Arapahoe worked four 10-hour shifts

Clinic setting: Primary care clinic --Dental , PT, Behavioral Health, PC providers, Pediatric providers, Pharmacy, Walk in doctors for emergencies.

Patients per day: 9 scheduled slots (7 Exam slots/2 medical slots) per day, 5 days a week. You can set your schedule, but there is no work-up staff for the doctor. Most medical slots are filled for the week, covering issues from basic red eyes to loss of vision/angle closure and trauma.

EMR: Greenway is primary system. We also use another system for referrals: RPMS

Staff: Riverton office -- Doctor and 1 Dispensing Optician
Staff: Arapahoe office -- Doctor and 1 Dispensing Optician
Staff: Ethete -- Doctor only. We only perform exams at this office -- no optical at Ethete

At all locations, First Impressions assists with phone calls. We have a primary First Impressions individual who handles most exam and emergency appointments. Our Dispensing Opticians can also book exams/medical appointments.

$100-120/hr + travel expenses (flight, lodging, rental car OR mileage reimbursement).
