🛑 THE "DEAL-BREAKERS" (Must Meet to Apply):

COMPLIANCE: Strictly Clean Malpractice History. Must have zero prior claims for insurance enrollment.

LICENSE: Active State Dental License required.

SCOPE: Proficient in Fillings, Extractions, Root Canals, and Crowns.

START: Ability to start within 1–2 weeks of credentialing.

📅 SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY:

Structure: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Hours: Standard 40-hour work week.

No Weekends / No Call: Enjoy your evenings and weekends off.

Contract: 3–12 months available (Extensions highly likely).

🏥 CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT:

Facility: Modern Rural Outpatient Clinic utilizing 3D Printing technology.

EMR: EPIC WISDOM.

Demographics: Serving a diverse community with a high Spanish-speaking population.

Support: Collaborative clinical team; complex cases are referred out

• 💰 PAY: (Negotiable based on experience and licensure status). Licensing Bonus: We will expedite and assist with state licensure for the right candidate. Full Coverage: All travel, lodging, and local transportation are 100% client-covered.
• 📉 VOLUME: Manageable Pace – Average 16 Patients per day (Ages 5 to Adult).
