📅 Assignment Details
* Dates: April 8–10, 2026
* Schedule: Wednesday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
* Duration: 3 days

🏥 Practice Setting
* EMR: Dentrix
* Patient Population: Adults + some cooperative pediatric patients
* Support Staff: Well-trained clinical team on-site

🔍 Scope of Work
You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:
* Fillings, crowns, and bridges
* Full & partial dentures
* Root canals
* Simple & surgical extractions
* Invisalign
* Hygiene checks
* Implant placement & restoration
Preferred (not required):
* WaveOne rotary system experience
* Invisalign experience

📋 Requirements
* Active state dental license (required)
* BLS certification (required)
* DEA (preferred)
* Certifications preferred:
* Invisalign
* Nitrous Oxide (if required by state)

⏱️ Credentialing
* Timeline: Minimum 1 week from offer to start
* TB Requirement:
* New QGold TB test required within 3 days of accepting offer
* Credentialing team will assist with coordination
