📍 Location: Level II Trauma Center in OH
🗓️ Start Date: 12/1/2025
📅 Schedule: 24-Hour Call, 7-Day Stretches (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
⏰ Coverage Type: On-Call Only
👨‍⚕️ Patient Age Range: Adults (16+)

🏥 Practice Details
Trauma Level: II

Case Types:

Reconstructive Trauma

Facial Trauma

Inpatient Wound/Plastic Surgery

Average Consult Volume: 5–10 per week

Support Staff: None (solo coverage)

Call Coverage: 24-hour call, 7 days per week

🧾 Requirements
IMLC Accepted ✅ (must have LOQ in hand)

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery

Active state license or IMLC LOQ
