Locum Orthopedic Surgeon needed in Boise, Idaho

Dates: 4 days in March (3/24-3/27), 5 days in July (7/9-7/13), 4 days in August (8/14-8/17)

Credentialing: 2-3 weeks

Work Schedule:
March 24-27 Start 5PM coming off at 7 am
July 9-13 Start 5 PM coming off at 7 am
8/14 5 pm to 8/17 at 7 am

Patient Volume: 400 overall surgeries per year

Procedures: General orthopedic surgery

EMR: EPIC

License: ID, IMLC

Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, DEA
