• Patients per day: 5-8
• Department description: Outpatient, inpatient
• EMR: Medhost
• Skills required: First Assist Capabilities

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: AZ or IMLC
• DEA: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 3-5

• 3 months ongoing
• No Call
• Travel and malpractice covered
