Ortho APP Needed in San Francisco, CA

Job description

Start: May/June

26-week assignment

4 days/week M/W/Th/F (M, W, Th, F – 10-hour shifts)

Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: full-time every week
• Patients per day: 12-14 patients per day
• Patient population/age: mostly adults, may occasionally see adolescent
• Department description: outpatient ortho onc department
• EMR: epic
• Special procedures: no procedures

Practice Setting:
• outpatient
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: PA master's degree required. NPs must be BC in one of the following: A-GNP-C, ANP-C, FNP-C, GNP-C, AGPCNP-BC, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, GNP-BC, ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, ACNPC
• License required: Yes, CA license required
• DEA: Yes, CA DEA with schedule 2 required
• Certifications required: AHA BLS
• Minimum experience required: Must have at least 1 year experience working in outpatient ortho surgery. Orthopedic oncology experience highly preferred, but not required.

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
