o NP/PA will collaborate in conjunction with their collaborating physician.
o Collaborating physician provides a list of patients to see for NP/PA.
o Weekly, Monthly Communication between NP & Collaborators to ensure cohesiveness.
Have active clean license, live in the service area, and obtain DEA before beginning Practice.
Plus, the option to transfer into the more lucrative fee for service model.
