- Asap start date upon credentialing
- MT license, compact or will help get the license
- 2 clinic days 2 OR days and half days on friday for work life balance
- 15 patients per shift in the clinic
- Full practice and support staff
- 1st assist in the OR
- Travel and Lodging is available
- NPPA certification is required
- Must be able to provide case logs upon request in the past year
