Orthopedic Surgery APP Locum Tenens | Clinic + OR | Massachusetts

Job description

This locum tenens opportunity is seeking an experienced Orthopedic APP to provide coverage across a surgical clinic and limited OR setting in Massachusetts. You’ll split time between outpatient clinic visits and first-assist support on surgery days, with a flexible weekday schedule.

The clinic focus is sports and general orthopedics, including ankle and Achilles injuries, knee and shoulder conditions, rotator cuff issues, and carpal tunnel. No total joint replacements. Surgical days are limited, and when no cases are scheduled, the role remains clinic-based. Call includes evening phone triage and weekend coverage with occasional in-person consults.

This assignment is ideal for an Orthopedic APP who enjoys a clinic-heavy role with light OR exposure and is comfortable supporting call coverage in a small hospital environment.
