Orthopedic NP – Locum Tenens – Hermiston, OR Area

Job description

A not-for-profit community hospital in the Hermiston, OR area is seeking an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage. This is a clinic-only, non-surgical position working alongside five orthopedic surgeons.

Schedule is 40 hours per week, most likely four 10-hour shifts, for an initial three-month assignment with possible extension. Start date is as soon as possible. Epic EMR.

Requirements: orthopedic experience in a clinic setting and an active Oregon license. Recommended pay rate is $110-$120/hour, though qualified providers within reason will be considered. Housing, travel, and a rental car are provided.

About the area: Hermiston is a community of roughly 17,000 in northeastern Oregon, about 30 miles from the Tri-Cities, WA area and 55 miles from Walla Walla, WA.
